The HRP-B1000-B is a portable, single-component toxic gas detector, specifically designed for the detection of particular toxic and hazardous gases. Suitable for confined space operations and on-site detection, it provides rapid early warning of leaks of single toxic gases, ensuring safety. Product Overview
Portable single gas detector is a personal gas monitoring device specially designed for the safety protection of industrial field personnel, which can detect the concentration of specific gas continuously and in real time. When the gas concentration in the environment reaches the preset alarm value, the equipment will immediately give out sound, light and vibration alarms to remind the staff to take safety measures in time to effectively prevent accidents such as poisoning, suffocation, fire and explosion.
The product adopts high-performance gas sensor and low-power design, which has the characteristics of fast response, accurate measurement, stability and reliability, and is suitable for gas safety monitoring in oil and gas, chemical industry, metallurgy, mining, electric power, environmental protection, municipal administration and other industries.
Principle of Operation
The detector collects ambient air by natural diffusion, and the target gas reacts after entering the sensor and is converted into an electrical signal. The internal microprocessor analyzes and calculates the signal and displays the real-time concentration data on the LCD screen.
When the detected concentration exceeds the preset alarm point, the equipment automatically starts the acousto-optic vibration alarm system to help the staff find the potential danger at the first time and ensure the safety of operation.
According to different application requirements, the equipment can be equipped with electrochemical sensors, catalytic combustion sensors, infrared sensors or PID sensors to detect oxygen, combustible gases, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, chlorine, carbon dioxide and volatile organic compounds (VOC) and other gases.
