The controller can trigger audible and visual alarms based on gas concentration and, through relays or communication interfaces, link ventilation systems, solenoid valves, and other safety devices for rapid on-site response. The system supports multi-level alarm management, fault self-diagnosis, data logging, and access control. It can be widely used in various scenarios such as industrial plants, gas stations, laboratories, warehouses, and hazardous materials storage areas, and is a crucial front-end device for building a safe gas alarm system.
The controller adopts a distributed loop architecture, with each detector having independent wiring, ensuring no interference from each other in case of faults. It can connect up to 32 detectors, making it ideal for medium to large-scale systems. The color LCD screen displays concentration, status, and historical data in real time. The system is highly scalable and supports relay output and a 485 communication interface.
